Terms & Conditions – Octopyder EGDE Program

1. Basic Program Information
  • The program is organized by Octopyder Services Pvt. Ltd.
  • Open to all college students who want to gain practical experience by working on real-world projects.
  • This Program provides exposure to how a company works from idea to finalization, covering research, development, design, HR, marketing, testing, sales, and delivery.
2. Registration & Fee
  • Registration fee: ₹99 (non-refundable).
  • Payment to be made through online UPI scanner.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after successful registration.
  • The collected fee will be fully utilized for program-related expenses such as marketing, refreshments, certificates, etc.
3. Program Structure
  • Duration: 1 month (fixed).
  • Mode: Offline program.
  • Format: Starts with assignments and guidance, followed by the development of one product.
  • Each participant will handle a specific role (design, development, testing, marketing, sales, final delivery).
4. Internship Opportunities
  • This is not an internship, but a pre-internship training program to prepare students for real industry work.
  • Outstanding performers may be considered for a 6-month internship at Octopyder Services Pvt. Ltd. (3 months unpaid + 3 months paid).
  • Selection and final decisions will be made solely at the company’s discretion.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • The registration fee is non-refundable in all cases except if the program is cancelled by the company before commencement.
  • No refund will be provided if:
    • The participant misbehaves or violates the code of conduct.
    • The participant is irregular, misses sessions, or does not complete tasks (even after warnings).
6. Code of Conduct
  • Participants are expected to attend all sessions and complete assigned tasks.
  • In case of absence, a genuine reason must be shared with the company via email.
  • Participants must remain respectful towards mentors, peers, and fellow program members.
7. Certificate
  • A Certificate of Completion will be awarded only to participants who successfully complete the program requirements.
  • No certificate will be issued to participants who regularly miss sessions or fail to complete tasks.
8. Intellectual Property
  • Projects and solutions developed during the program may be showcased on the company’s official media platforms.
  • Participants may also showcase their contributions in personal portfolios or on LinkedIn with proper credit.
9. Liability & Disclaimer
  • This program is for practical training and educational purposes only.
  • Participation in the program does not guarantee job placement.
  • Participants must maintain discipline within the workplace environment.
10. Agreement & Updates
  • By registering, participants agree to all the above Terms & Conditions.
  • Octopyder Services Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
